Please read the details presented below prior to purchasing one of my works or designs.

Note · 1

Much of my work, including in the form of fashion (apparel), is intentionally designed to be darker in shade or visibility when not in a more direct concentration of surrounding light. Each design piece is specially designed utilizing this particular methodology of mine to meticulously convey a unique style, element, and designer touch not presently or commonly found elsewhere, as I strive to persistently maintain and explore avant-garde and atypical techniques in the design space. As such, when physically positioned in an area with more direct light, all elements of the design become visible as intended; similarly, digitally, when incrementing your brightness from a lower to higher setting—and particularly to the highest setting—the array of details of the piece, as well as the whole design, uniquely come to life.

Note · 2

Please note that all items are final sale—as such, please additionally understand that general or sizing-related returns are not accepted or available at this time, and cannot be facilitated by either myself or the team. The only potential caveats include any unintentional defect or exceptionally rare manufacturing flaw, and must be proven with images of the affected area in detail at a preferably high resolution.

Note · 3

As the items are made-to-order and general nor sizing-related returns are accepted, please carefully consider if my style or work is right for you beforehand [with optional help of the design specimens], as well as carefully measure your proportions with the included sizing chart for measurements up to and including U.S. “2XL”—also on the official pages of each design under Fit—for proper fit. Additionally, to achieve a true-to-size fit, consider ordering one size down.

Note · 4

The “THERMAL™” line of clothing does not convey any heating or “thermal”-related properties or effects. This is likewise true for any other such similarly named concepts, ideas, etc.; these serve solely as descriptively named artwork monikers—therefore, the same logical reasoning applies therein (i.e., to such future collections, pieces, and so on).
